The Mastermind

Four days of connections

This retreat is designed for coliving operators to have meaningful conversations about the challenges they face in building and running their coliving space. We will have the opportunity to share our experiences, discuss obstacles BUT most of all, brainstorm solutions in a collaborative environment.

Have you experienced that one guest who doesn't follow community guidelines? or that you would love to renovate or expand but don't know how to finance it? Or perhaps you are struggling with occupancy during low season?

Well, we are here to tell you, you are not alone.

What to expect

What's different about this retreat? We have designed workshops where we would collaborate and create a strategic plan for each coliving operator so you go back home with an action-plan on how to solve your existing challenge.

The focus will be on practical, actionable strategies that operators can implement in their own businesses to improve operations, enhance resident satisfaction, and drive growth.

Get the details

The first day is always about getting to know each other so we will be hosting speed-networking, ice-breaker games and a pizza night filled with laughter and connections.

Our second day will begin with a workshop where we identify challenges through a framework we have developed. We don't just ask "What" but we dive deeper into the challenge and the obstacles. We will end the day with dinner and drinks at a local restaurant.

The third day will be the "sigh of relief day" since we are now in the problem solving mode. Together, we will build strategies and an action plan for each coliving operator's challenge. At the end of it, we have planned a collaborative cooking - so we get to live like colivers do.

Our prices start at €350 but all members receive an additional 10% discount.

"Where does the money go?" is always a fair question, and we are happy to be totally transparent here. Coliving Hub is a non-profit organization, hence it will not make any profit on this event. The pricing is based on cost of accommodation and excursions and to fly-in the Coliving Hub team. All team members of Coliving Hub will volunteer their time during the event.

Where we stay

Everyone has heard of Sun and Co. They are one of the first colivings to open in Europe and pioneered the movement of colivings for digital nomads. Now with over 9 years of experience under their belt, this would be a great opportunity for all of us to see and learn what they are doing.

Sun and Co. is located in the coastal town of Javea. We only have 7 rooms, some are double, some are twin and we even added a dorm option. Due to high demand - we will work on first come first serve basis.

The Facilitators

The retreat will be hosted by Coliving Hub team.

Our founder is Haz Memon. He has pioneered coliving since it's inception. He runs coliving spaces in Switzerland and Greece under the brand ESCAPE.

Elana is our activity guru, leading exercises during our retreat to get us talking and connecting. We will use the castle grounds for the team building exercises.

Andreea is our social media expert while ticking off all the coliving spaces one by one - (she has also been a community manager at many of them).

Kat

“Much gratitude to each of you for sharing your expertise in the best way possible with great patience and attention to detail."
