Coliving Best Practices for 2020

We're kicking off this year's first webinar with some coliving insider knowledge about global trends and operational best practices. Gui Perdrix, a coliving advocate who recently completed a coliving world tour, is going to share with us the top market trends and what you can learn from those. Moreover, we're going to dig deep into best practices of community building and how to create strong tenant experiences - inspired by learnings from visiting 100+ worldwide coliving spaces.

Gui Perdrix is a former coliving operator with four spaces in Bali, Barcelona, Tulum, and Tallinn. Coming from a marketing and coaching background, Gui decided to focus full-time on growing the coliving movement after realizing the transformational potential that coliving has on residents. He is also a board member of Co-Liv and writing a book entitled "Art of Coliving".
